E-Statements
Enrollment
This is a
easy 3-step process.
You will be given instructions as you enroll, and we are also
providing the following information to assist you in this process.

Click on the enroll button. (Once enrolled, you will sign in using
your User ID and password)
Step
#1: Personal Information: Fill in all
required information. Your monthly e-mail statement will be
sent to this e-mail address.
Step
#2: Account Verification: This information
is used to validate your account with the credit union.
A. Fill in your credit union account
number. If your account number is less than 4 numbers, fill
in with leading zeros….see examples below.**
VERY IMPORTANT: You must insert a space prior
to the last three numbers….see examples below.**
B. Fill in Business Name if the
account is a Business Account.
C. Security Code
(PIN) will be your PIN number that you use for our PATT program
(personal automated telephone teller). If you have never signed
up for the PATT program, please use the last four digits of
your social security number.
Step
#3: Security Information:
Fill in User ID and Password. These will be used to sign-in
each time you access the statement express site. Fill in “password
hint”…..to be used in case you forget your password….examples:
your dog’s name, 1st car, city of birth, etc.
This should
complete your enrollment and your November 30th statement will
be accessible via e-mail just as in the past. Electronic statements
will normally be ready by the seconday day of the month. Should
you have any problems in enrolling for e-statements, please visit
with one of our member service representatives at your nearest
office.
