do I become a member? |

You can
become a member if you are in field of membership. You will
need to complete an account card and make a $25.00 deposit
to open a savings account. Your $25.00 deposit is your membership
share in the credit union. It makes you a member/owner of
the credit union and allows you to use the services of the
credit union. In the future if you decide to close your account,
the $25.00 is returned to you as long as you have no outstanding
account balances or fees due to the credit union. |

main office is located in Fort Dodge. Our branch office are
located in Algona, Belmond, Estherville, Lake Mills, Spirit

do I know how much I can spend with my Citizens VISA Check
Card? |

The amount
you can spend is the balance of your checking account less
any outstanding transactions. Deposits made to your checking
account at ATMs are updated at 10 AM, 2 PM, 4 PM and once
during the evening. |

do I do if I lose my Citizens' VISA or MasterCard credit card
or my Citizens VISA Check Card? |

your Citizens' VISA or MasterCard credit card is lost or
stolen, please call Card Services at 800-234-5354 to report
your card lost or stolen.
If your
Citizens' VISA Check Card is lost or stolen, you will need
to make 2 telephone calls. First, please call Card
Services 800-234-5354 to report your card lost or stolen.
Card Services is available 24/7 to help you.
Second,
you will also need to call our New Accounts Department (515-955-5524)
to let them know that you reported your card lost or stolen
to Card Services. Our New Accounts Department is available
Monday - Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM.
