Open-End lending offers many advantages over the typical closed-end system because it’s simple and easy to use.  Here’s how it works.
 
When you first sign up for Open-End lending, you’ll complete an agreement, sign the application, and receive all the legal disclosures required – all at one time.  After that, future unsecured advances are a snap and usually available with a phone call, letter, or other notification.  In addition, it speeds loan pre-approvals, eases payment protection enrollment, reduces paper work, and streamlines other loan and deposit services.
