New Loan Payment Service

We are pleased to announce our new online loan payment service is now available. In response to our customers and members’ request, we initiated a partnership with a company who provides electronic loan payments. We believe our new online service will provide convenience and ease of payment.
This is not an internal processing procedure and therefore, there is a cost for this service. The fee charged is a portion of the cost to Citizens.
Credit Card/Debit Card Payment Options:
- Pay by Phone: $5 *
- Payment via website: $5 *
- Personal Assistance: $10
*These options are available 24/7
We will continue to offer four ways to make a loan payment without a fee:
- Bring payment to office location
- Mail payment
- ACH-auto payment
- CCCU Online banking (members only)
