PAT - Personal Automated Teller
Wouldn't a 24-hour teller be convenient? PAT is a computerized voice response system that provides you with nearly every teller service. PAT is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With PAT you can make balance inquiries, transfers, find out if a check has cleared, make loan payments, get an estimated loan payment, obtain year-to-date dividend and interest paid, check out current rates, request a check withdrawal, plus much more! All you need to use PAT is a Touchtone™ telephone. To get started, stop in at any Citizens' office and sign the Voice Response Agreement. Then we will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN#) and instructions on using PAT.
